Laura Fisher came back for our election night show that November, and Alisha Fisher joined us at The Homeowners Show LIVE in The Woodlands in September 2025. Their plumbing company lists New Caney among the places it serves. No New Caney business has been a guest on the show so far.
The nearest work I can point to is in Spring, where a remodeling company has trusted me with its websites and lead generation for more than four years.
What does a business in Porter and New Caney need from marketing?
Both towns are growing fast. Housing in Porter's 77365 ZIP code rose from 12,025 to 15,442 units between 2018 and 2023, about 28%, and housing in New Caney's 77357 ZIP code grew nearly 50% over the same years, to 12,638. New Caney ISD expects close to 18,500 more homes and apartments inside its boundaries by 2034, and local officials credit part of that to the Grand Parkway extension that opened in May 2023.
Every one of those new households needs a plumber, a dentist, a lawn service and a place to eat, and none of them moved here knowing who to call. They will look on Google. A complete Google profile with steady reviews is how you meet them first.
Residents point to Highway 242, FM 1314 and the Grand Parkway as the roads that have filled up. A service business here should say on its website which areas along those roads it serves, so Google sends it the right calls.
Valley Ranch Town Center in New Caney is the biggest change: 240 acres with more than 1.5 million square feet of shops, restaurants and entertainment. A local restaurant, salon or contractor near national names has to win on its Google profile, its reviews and a website that sounds like a neighbor, because it will not win on ad budget. I also work with businesses in Spring and The Woodlands.
