What have you done in Magnolia?
Prude Lawn Services is a small Magnolia lawn care company owned by Price Prude, working homes and businesses across Montgomery County. My team and I built their website in 2026: a fast, hand-coded site with a page for every service, a page for every town they mow in, and a quote form that gets a walkthrough booked.

What does a Magnolia business need from marketing?
Magnolia is about to grow again, and the businesses that are ready will feel it first. In December 2022 the city stopped approving new development because its water system was close to capacity. It spent $30.2 million on new wells, tanks and pumps, and the freeze ended on December 14, 2025. Building that waited three years can now move.
A lot of that growth is along FM 1488. Audubon, at FM 1488 and Highway 249, covers 3,000 acres and is planned for about 5,000 single-family homes and 2,000 apartments, plus 550 acres of shops and offices. New households there do not have a plumber, a lawn crew or a builder yet. They will find one on Google.
The city of Magnolia is small, 2,359 people in the 2020 census, up about 69% from 2010. But the Magnolia area reaches well past the city limits, and that matters for search: a Magnolia business has to show Google the whole area it serves, not just the city, or it misses most of its customers.
Magnolia also has a strong local business network. The Greater Magnolia Parkway Chamber of Commerce formed in 2017 when the Greater Magnolia and Magnolia Parkway chambers merged. When a neighbor recommends you at a chamber lunch, your website and your Google profile have to back that recommendation up the same afternoon.

I am a one-truck operation. Is a custom website worth it?
It can be. The lawn care company above is small, and its site now has a page for every service and every town it covers. A good site works for you around the clock. I will tell you honestly on the first call if you are not ready for one yet.
My address says Magnolia but I am outside the city. Does that hurt me in Google?
Not if your website and your Google profile say clearly where you work. That is one of the first things I fix.
