What have you done in Montgomery?

Montgomery is home base for Sustained Growth Solutions. I live and work here.

Trust Builders, the custom home builder and remodeler on Highway 105, has worked with me for about two years. In Travis Nuchia's words on Google: "They have helped my business in many ways, and I will continue to use them." Right now my team and I are rewriting their website page by page so each page does its own job.

I also run a lead generation system that sends new projects to a custom home builder here.

Montgomery voices show up on my podcast too. Dr. Mark Ruffin, the Montgomery ISD superintendent, came on The Homeowners Show to talk about Proposition A in October 2024, and again in September 2026 to walk us through The Den, the district's career and technology campus. Robert Biehle of RWB Electrical Services joined us in May 2023. Jennifer Hayward of The Glass Guru of Conroe, which is run from Montgomery, talked with us live at the Montgomery County Home and Garden Show in 2025. David Carr of Smart Size Buildings was a guest back in December 2019.

I started on a podcast, here is the story.

What does a Montgomery business need from marketing?

Montgomery is small and growing fast. The city counted 1,948 people in the 2020 census and just over 3,000 by early 2025. That growth brings people who do not yet know who to call. They search on their phone, and they pick from the three businesses Google shows on the map.

New neighborhoods are why. Woodforest alone is planned for 5,500 homes, five miles north of The Woodlands. Every one of those households needs a plumber, a roofer, a lawn crew and a dentist, and none of them grew up hearing your name. A Google Business Profile with real reviews and a website that says "Montgomery" plainly is how you meet them first.

The Highway 105 corridor is changing as well. H-E-B announced a new store at 105 and FM 2854 in 2025, along with land for a retail center beside it. When national names arrive, the local shop with a weak online presence is the one that gets skipped. Your profile and your site are the two things you fully control.

Montgomery also runs on word of mouth. The Montgomery chamber merged into the Conroe and Lake Conroe chamber, so the networking room is now county-wide. When someone hears your name at an event, they are likely to look you up before they call. Make sure what they find matches what they heard.

I also work with businesses in Conroe and Magnolia.

FAQs

Are you actually based in Montgomery?

Yes. I live and work in Montgomery, and I meet Montgomery clients in person. I publish the city and state only, not a street address.

Do you only work with contractors?

No. Home-service contractors are my deepest expertise, but I work with nonprofits, professional offices and any business whose real problem is that customers cannot find them.

Can you help if I am outside the city limits, out toward Lake Conroe or Woodforest?

Yes. City limits do not matter to me. I work in person across Montgomery County, and with remote clients anywhere in the United States.
